We ensure in advance that all activities operate on safe legal ground and are in strict accordance with all relevant national, multi - national or international
competition laws.

All participants acknowledge that any activities carried out have to be in full compliance with EU competition law, in particular but not limited
to Art. 81 and 82 EC Treaty as well as any national laws.
Members of any industry circle explicitly agree to observe rules and general policies including statistics rules and compliance policy on competition law.
